Temeiul pentru aceast\u0103 prelucrare este art.6 alin.1 litera a) din RGPD, respectiv persoana vizat\u0103 \u0219i-a dat consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Depunerea reclama\u021biilor online &#8211; utilizatorii website-ului ISS au posibilitatea transmiterii reclama\u021biilor prin accesarea sec\u021biunii Contact\/ Reclama\u021bii. Acestea se pot transmite de c\u0103tre peten\u021bi \u0219i la adresa contact@spacescience.ro. Datele cu caracter personal pe care ISS le prelucreaz\u0103 pentru acest proces sunt urm\u0103toarele: numele \u0219i prenumele, adresa de domiciliu, adresa de e-mail. Temeiul pentru aceast\u0103 prelucrare este art.6 alin.1 lit. c) din RGPD, respectiv prelucrarea este necesar\u0103 \u00een vederea \u00eendeplinirii unei obliga\u021bii legale ce revine ISS, conform prevderilor Ordonan\u021bei Guvernului nr. 27\/2002 privind reglementarea activit\u0103\u021bii de solu\u021bionare a peti\u021biilor \u0219i ale Legii nr. 233\/2002 pentru aprobarea Ordonan\u021bei Guvernului nr. 27\/2002.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><a name=\"_Hlk193098013\"><\/a> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Participarea la activit\u0103\u021bile organizate de ISS (internship, mentorat studii masterale\/ doctorale, s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2na altfel, s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2na verde, \u0219coala de var\u0103, voluntariat) \u2013 persoanele vizate, pentru \u00eenscrierea particip\u0103rii, trebuie sa furnizeze o serie de date, care nu se limiteaz\u0103 la nume \u0219i prenume, profesia, institu\u021bia, num\u0103rul de telefon, adresa de e-mail. Temeiul pentru aceast\u0103 prelucrare este art.6 alin.1 lit. a) din RGPD, respectiv persoana vizat\u0103 \u0219i-a dat consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Navigarea pe website-ul ISS \u2013 la accesare se genereaz\u0103 \u00een mod automat informa\u021bii despre vizita dumneavoastr\u0103 pe site. Temeiul pentru aceast\u0103 prelucrare este interesul legitim al ISS conform art. 6 alin.1 lit. f) din RGPD, respectiv prelucrarea este necesar\u0103 \u00een scopul intereselor legitime urm\u0103rite de operator. ISS prelucreaz\u0103 aceste date pentru a asigura buna func\u021bionare \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea serviciilor oferite de site, pentru identificarea utilizatorilor care au un comportament abuziv (contracararea atacurilor informatice de tip DoS), precum \u0219i generarea de statistici de trafic (num\u0103rul total de acces\u0103ri pe site, num\u0103rul de IP-uri unice, paginile cele mai accesate, IP-urile cu cele mai multe acces\u0103ri etc. Generarea statisticilor de acces are loc zilnic. Informa\u021biile detaliate mai vechi de 10 zile se \u0219terg \u00een mod automat.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>PERIOADA DE STOCARE A DATELOR CU CARACTER PERSONAL<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">ISS stocheaz\u0103 datele personale ale vizitatorilor site-ului ISS \u0219i pe cele cuprinse \u00een solicit\u0103rile adresate ISS prin intermediul formularelor disponibile pe website\/ prin intermediul po\u0219tei electronice, doar pe perioada necesar\u0103 \u00eendeplinirii scopurilor pentru care datele au fost colectate (aceasta include \u0219i perioada de stocare \u00een vederea audit\u0103rii \u0219i pentru \u00eendeplinirea formalit\u0103\u021bilor de resurse umane), impus\u0103 de prevederile legale aplicabile \u00een domeniu, respectiv de dispozi\u021biile privind arhivarea.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>DESTINATARII DATELOR CU CARACTER PERSONAL <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Intern, prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal este efectuat\u0103 numai de c\u0103tre personalul ISS cu responsabilit\u0103\u021bi \u00een domeniile pentru care au fost colectate. <\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Aceste date pot fi comunicate persoanelor din afara ISS c\u00e2nd acest lucru este necesar pentru atingerea scopului prelucr\u0103rii \u0219i\/ sau \u00een cazurile prev\u0103zute de lege.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>TRANSFERUL DATELOR CU CARACTER PERSONAL<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Nu transfer\u0103m datele dvs. c\u0103tre state din cadrul\/ din afara Uniunii Europene, cu excep\u0163ia situa\u0163iilor expres prev\u0103zute de lege sau c\u00e2nd acest lucru este necesar din punct de vedere al scopului colect\u0103rii. \u00cen situa\u021bia modific\u0103rii acestei prevederi, persoanele vizate sunt informate \u00een acest sens.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>CONSECIN\u021aELE NEFURNIZ\u0102RII DATELOR CU CARACTER PERSONAL SOLICITATE<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00cen situa\u021bia \u00een care un vizitator al site-ului ISS refuz\u0103 s\u0103 furnizeze anumite informa\u021bii esen\u021biale scopului acces\u0103rii, ISS \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul de a nu da curs respectivei solicit\u0103ri.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>DREPTURILE PERSOANEI VIZATE<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00cen m\u0103sura \u00een care sunt \u00eendeplinite condi\u021biile prev\u0103zute de legisla\u021bia aplicabil\u0103, vizitatorii website-ului ISS ale c\u0103ror date sunt prelucrate, au urm\u0103toarele drepturi:<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">dreptul de acces (art. 15 din RGPD);<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">dreptul la rectificare (art. 16 din RGPD);<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><a name=\"_Hlk191389504\"><\/a> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">dreptul de a v\u0103 adresa instan\u021bei de judecat\u0103 competente.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>SECURITATEA DATELOR CU CARACTER PERSONAL<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span
